For most therapy services, the fee is $175.
Insurance is a quandary. While Corvidae's philosophy and approach doesn't subscribe to the medical pathology paradigm, utilizing insurance benefits can make services more financially accessible.
Rebecca is in the process of establishing contracts with Regence and Premera to be billed directly as an in-network provider. Please contact your insurance representative to verify eligibility and requirements for the following codes.
For other insurance plans, the full fee will be billed directly to the client. Rebecca can provide a superbill that can be used to seek reimbursement out-of-network from the insurance company. Please contact your insurance representative to verify eligibility and requirements for the following codes.
Child-based sessions codes: 97165 (initial) and 97530 (ongoing)
Caregiver-based sessions codes: 97550* and 97551*
Please note that occupational therapists do not provide medical diagnoses, but utilizing insurance requires assigning an ICD diagnosis code. This is best obtained with a referral from your pediatrician.
* Please note that the caregiver codes are very new and may not be reimbursed by your insurance company or may be subject to constraints.
For sessions that are not submitted to insurance, the full fee will be charged. Rebecca offers a sliding scale for both direct child-based dyadic sessions and for telehealth caregiver sessions.
